Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver new features and fix bugs with a focus on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Maintain high code quality by adhering to coding standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated testing.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces and manage application state to ensure seamless experiences across platforms.
- Utilize React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in production-scale applications.
- Manage application state effectively using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar tools.
- Write modular, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Test and debug complex frontend applications thoroughly.
- Demonstrate interest or experience in peer-to-peer (P2P) technologies or distributed systems.
- Collaborate effectively within a remote, globally distributed team, maintaining clear and professional communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in large-scale applications.
- Strong expertise in state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-tested code.
- Solid skills in testing and debugging frontend applications.
- Interest or experience in P2P technologies or distributed systems.
- Comfortable working remotely with a global team and possess strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience developing desktop applications using Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes.
- Familiarity with video/audio APIs such as WebRTC and real-time communication technologies.
- Proven ability to optimize UI performance, including rendering and memory management.
- Experience building cross-platform applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Contributions to open-source projects, especially in P2P or decentralized technologies, are a plus.
