- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department. Participates in the development and implementation of work methods and procedures.
- Recommends procedural changes to improve department’s efficiency, including recommendations on staff requirements.
- Follows up on and ensures appropriate implementation of decisions.
- Arrange employee’s training.
- Assist HR Department in the development and maintenance of Personnel Policies and Procedures and new programs and services related to Human Resources.
- Housekeeping of Building and weekly & monthly HR audit.
- Ensure that janitorial and canteen staff stays on duty properly.
- Keep an eye on company’s security system.
- Ensure surprise checks over floor in terms of keeping overall working environment safe and hygienically clean.
