We are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Lahore.If you are energetic and motivated, with a a good eye for detail, then we want to hear from you.

The role and responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting clients and offering refreshments
  • Handling mailing duties
  • Maintaining spreadsheet registers
  • Completing Trust procedures on a daily basis
  • Supporting other admin staff when needed
  • Making sure kitchen and meeting rooms are clean
  • Taking bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
  • General admin duties
