Shopify Expert

FSA Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shopify Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in setting up and managing Shopify stores, demonstrating proficiency in theme customization, payment gateway integration, and app integration. This role is integral to our e-commerce operations and requires someone who can effectively manage product listings and optimize stores for SEO to enhance user experience and drive sales. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with Shopify certifications and a strong portfolio showcasing previous Shopify projects. As a Shopify Expert, you will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration and management of Shopify stores tailored to client needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable e-commerce solutions, troubleshoot store issues, and ensure seamless integration of third-party applications. This position does not involve team management but demands excellent self-management and communication skills in order to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet project objectives efficiently.
Responsibilities

Set up and configure Shopify stores according to client specifications and business requirements.
Customize Shopify themes to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly storefront that aligns with brand guidelines.
Integrate payment gateways securely to enable smooth transaction processing while adhering to compliance standards.
Install and configure Shopify apps to extend store functionality and improve overall customer experience.
Manage product catalogs by adding, updating, and organizing products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
Optimize Shopify stores for search engines (SEO), including metadata, keywords, and site structure enhancements.
Develop and maintain Shopify themes using Shopify CLI and liquid templating language to ensure performance and responsiveness.
Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve technical issues affecting store functionality or user experience.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support promotional campaigns and seasonal updates on the Shopify platform.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Shopify stores, including updates and enhancements based on feedback.
Document store configurations, customizations, and best practices to support future development and troubleshooting.
Stay current with Shopify platform updates, industry trends, and emerging e-commerce technologies to recommend improvements.
