Calling Assistant

Ftech Solutions is seeking a motivated Calling Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette skills to efficiently manage outbound communication efforts. With at least one year of relevant experience, this position focuses on lead generation, sales prospecting, appointment scheduling, and executing cold-call scripts with professionalism and confidence. The Calling Assistant plays a vital role in establishing initial customer contact, driving sales opportunities, and supporting business development initiatives. This role requires fluency in English with an American accent to effectively engage with diverse clients and prospects. As a Calling Assistant, you will work independently without team management responsibilities, yet remain an integral part of our sales support operations by delivering consistent and impactful outreach. Attention to detail and a positive demeanor are essential to successfully creating a strong first impression and advancing the sales funnel.
Responsibilities

Perform outbound cold calls to prospective clients using prescribed scripts.
Effectively communicate product and service information to potential customers.
Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team’s objectives.
Schedule appointments for follow-up meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Adhere strictly to call scripts while tailoring conversations to meet client needs.
Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment setting targets.
Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to address client questions.
Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and maintain professionalism in all communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements related to telemarketing.
Continually enhance calling techniques through feedback and training sessions.
Time: 7 PM - 3 AM
