Responsibilities:
Lead Discovery:
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the DUBAI market.
- Make compelling outbound calls to promote our cutting-edge IT solutions.
Negotiation and Conversion:
- Manage complex negotiations with senior executives.
- Utilize exceptional sales skills to convert leads into scheduled meetings.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and potential customers.
Business Development:
- Successfully create and expand business from new and existing accounts.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Education and Communication:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Sales Acumen:
- Proven history of closed business with a minimum of 2-3 years in Telesales (Cold Calling).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling IT and software services.
Work Hours:
- Morning Shift 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
