FTTH Executive

We are seeking a motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience in FTTH quality, deployment, and field operations to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating interdepartmental efforts to ensure the successful rollout of FTTH projects in accordance with company specifications and quality standards. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000 per month and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between departments to propose optimal solutions for FTTH projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee deployment and rollout activities, adhering strictly to PTCL specifications and standard operating procedures to maintain quality assurance.
- Maintain and update all project trackers regularly to reflect accurate progress.
- Arrange Post-Activation Tests (PATs) for completed FTTH projects in collaboration with vendors, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams.
- Provide support and guidance to teams and vendors during site surveys and the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for project sites.
- Plan and finalize project sites, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are addressed.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning activities to meet established timelines.
- Liaise with various agencies to resolve Right of Way (ROW) issues promptly.
- Ensure timely closure of projects, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare Project Implementation Plans (PIP) and monitor project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Arrange site surveys and ensure the timely submission of feasibility reports related to FTTH deployment.
- Manage vendor relationships to guarantee the timely completion of FTTH project deliverables, including deployments and PATs, facilitating smooth handover to Fiber Operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in FTTH quality, deployment, and field operations.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
- Strong understanding of FTTH project requirements, including site surveying, BoQ preparation, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi.
