The Waiter is the face of our guest experience. Your primary goal is to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will handle everything from initial greetings and menu consultations to the final processing of payments, all while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on specials, ingredients, and potential food allergies.

Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders using the POS system and communicate specific guest requirements to the kitchen staff.

Table Maintenance: Deliver orders promptly, perform "quality checks" after the first few bites, and clear plates/glassware efficiently (pre-busing).

Financial Accountability: Prepare final bills, process cash and card payments accurately, and settle the daily till.

Side Work: Perform opening and closing duties, including polishing cutlery, refilling condiments, and ensuring the dining area is pristine for the next shift.
