Job description
Execute base level function of the accounts department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurate reporting of all accounting transactions e.g. Vouchers /recording of entries/ weekly MIS statements/ daily cash requirements Have tax knowledge pertaining to the sales tax and withholding tax
- Deal with all client and supplier reconciliation on a regular basis
- Create and monitor the implementation of all systems for smooth functioning of the above responsibilities Knowledge Requirements:
- Commerce Graduate with sound accounting knowledge
- In the business for at least 5 years
- Knowledge of finance / budgeting / cost control Financial software application
- Awareness of the business of communication and its functioning helps Essential Skills:
