We are urgently seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager Operations to support day-to-day factory operations in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will assist in production planning, material consumption control, and ERP-based operational reporting to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Production Planning & Control (PPC) to ensure timely production
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) for products and production runs
- Monitor and control material consumption planning and wastageCoordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teamsEnsure accurate data entry and reporting through ERP systems
- Track production KPIs and prepare operational reportsSupport inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and usage analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety policiesIdentify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field2–3 years of relevant experience in factory/manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of PPC, BOM, and consumption planningHands-on experience with ERP systemsGood analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
