Requirements:
- 7 years experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Polymer engineer preferred, who understands the nature of plastic materials and handling.
- Well versed with Statistical Process Controls and quality standards, (AQL, Mil Stdetc)
- Understands processing techniques and limitations of Injection, extrusion blow and injection blow molding.
- Can deal with quality assurance compliances (ISO, DRAP, SEDEX) single handedly.
- Can operate equipment for quality control (top load testers, vernier calipers, melt flow meters etc)
- Excellent at maintaining and developing documentation and data visualization of part/item inspections.
