Fulcrum Pvt ltd. is looking for Data analyst
We are seeking a candidate who either has experience or a keen interest in product analytics. The successful candidate will be entrusted with analyzing app and website features, deriving actionable insights, and making informed recommendations. A key aspect of the role includes building ML/AI models and products that are customer-focused, including but not limited to, K-means clustering for segmentation, NLP for analyzing reviews and surveys, and classification models for churn or redemption predictions.
Technical Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in Python, specifically for data analysis and building machine learning models. Proficiency with essential data analysis and machine learning libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn is necessary.
- Ability to skillfully craft SQL queries and manage databases.
- Profound knowledge and experience in product analytics, with emphasis on processing events, user interactions, and data streams from mobile applications and websites.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
- Proven ability to develop ML models based on customer data using methodologies like K-means clustering, market basket analysis, and propensity classification models.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, especially Power BI, for data exploration, visualization, and report/dashboard creation.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Segment, Amplitude, and Mixpanel would be considered advantageous.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3-4 years in a data analytics or data science role is necessary.
- Past experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is critical.
- The candidate should either have experience or be interested in working within a product-driven organization.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills are required, with the capacity to effectively translate intricate data insights into understandable and actionable strategies.
- Must be a collaborative team player, capable of working productively with diverse teams within the organization.
- A meticulous eye for detail, especially when handling extensive datasets, maintaining high accuracy levels.
Job timing- 9am PKT to 9pm PKT. But do tell candidates that in those 12 hours, they have to dedicate only 9 hours.
