Job Responsibilities (JDs):
• Fit, assemble, repair, and maintain dies & molds as per technical drawings • Perform precision filing, grinding, drilling, tapping, and fitting work • Inspect mold components and ensure accurate alignment, clearance & finishing • Use machining tools (milling, lathe, surface grinder) for adjustments • Carry out polishing, fitting, and minor machining for molds • Troubleshoot defects in dies/molds and perform corrective actions • Work closely with production & maintenance teams for timely job completion • Maintain tools, workshop cleanliness, and follow safety standards
