Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join their team at the Gulberg Greens location in Islamabad. This full-time on-site position requires a creative professional who can expertly design high-quality graphics and deliver engaging video content for various digital platforms. The role involves maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels while managing a small team consisting of one person. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in graphic design and video editing, alongside excellent creativity and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, and promotional videos. Your daily tasks will include video editing with effects, captions, and sound enhancements, as well as designing graphics for websites and digital campaigns. Collaboration with the marketing team and strict adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines are crucial for success. Experience with industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator is essential to thrive in this position.
Responsibilities

Design social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, logos, and other marketing materials to support branding and campaign efforts.
Create graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns ensuring visual consistency and appeal.
Edit reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate video content by adding captions, transitions, effects, background music, and performing basic color correction.
Design thumbnails, cover images, and other digital assets that enhance user engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver creative content aligned with project goals and timelines.
Manage and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure quality output and professional development.
Ensure all visual creations adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
Maintain an organized project workflow to meet deadlines and optimize production efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, software, and best practices to continuously improve quality and innovation.
Prepare and present design drafts and video edits for feedback and implement revisions as required.
