Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated House Facility Supervisor to oversee and manage the overall housekeeping and facility maintenance operations within our manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
- :- Supervise daily housekeeping and facility operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the premises.
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility upkeep.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report issues.
- Handle staff training and drive operational improvements.
