Restaurant Manager - Food Chain

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at one of its food chain locations in Karachi. The ideal candidate has five years of experience managing restaurant or food and beverage establishments and demonstrates strong leadership skills to lead and develop a small team effectively. This role requires hands-on involvement in ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and staff performance while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards. The Restaurant Manager coordinates with kitchen and service staff to maintain food quality and timely service, manages inventory and cost control, and tracks sales performance against targets. The manager also ensures compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and is responsible for resolving guest issues promptly. This is a full-time position demanding flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, supervising a team of one person.
Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise, schedule, and train restaurant staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
Provide excellent customer service and promptly handle any guest complaints or feedback.
Monitor daily sales figures, manage cash and point of sale (POS) operations, and analyze performance against targets.
Control inventory levels, oversee stock management, and minimize food cost and wastage.
Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance throughout the restaurant.
Prepare detailed daily and weekly operational and sales reports for management review.
Implement and enforce company standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve overall restaurant performance.
Work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays to meet operational demands.
Lead and manage a small team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
