Sales & Marketing Executive

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven and skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves actively promoting and selling industrial equipment tailored for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The position requires developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business prospects, and nurturing client relationships to expand the company's market presence. The ideal candidate has 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector, and demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills. This role includes managing a small team of one person, ensuring collaboration for successful sales outcomes and exceptional customer service. The successful Sales & Marketing Executive will coordinate regular client meetings, conduct product presentations, and visit sites to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. The position demands extensive travel within the field to build robust connections and close deals efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with internal teams to monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and ensure projects are executed on time. Candidates with their own motorcycle are preferred, as the role includes multiple field visits supported by fuel and motorcycle maintenance allowances.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand client requirements and present suitable industrial equipment solutions.
Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales to achieve company sales objectives.
Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project execution, ensuring client expectations are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Lead and manage a small team of one person, providing guidance and support to ensure aligned sales efforts and team productivity.
Travel extensively within the field to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present findings to senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Manage logistical aspects related to field visits, including maintaining travel records and utilizing provided allowances effectively.
