Supply Chain Manager

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the company's procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations within the food and beverage sector. This role requires managing supplier relationships, sourcing high-quality materials, and ensuring the seamless availability of coffee, food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other essential supplies necessary for daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation abilities and possess a keen eye for maintaining the balance between cost-efficiency and quality. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee a team of one member, driving effective collaboration to maintain minimal stock shortages, control wastage, and ensure timely deliveries aligned with the companys demand forecasts. This position demands expertise in inventory planning, supplier management, and the use of inventory management systems alongside strong analytical and communication skills to maintain smooth supply chain processes that meet company standards.
Responsibilities

Manage procurement processes for food, coffee, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
Lead inventory control by maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Oversee warehousing operations and coordinate distribution activities between suppliers, warehouses, and retail branches.
Source and build strong relationships with suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, quality standards, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Forecast demand using sales data, seasonal trends, promotions, and branch consumption to optimize stock levels.
Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid excess inventory, expiry issues, and wastage, taking corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure all received materials meet the company's quality and quantity standards before acceptance and distribution.
Maintain accurate documentation including purchase orders, supplier records, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
Prepare detailed reports covering procurement activities, inventory status, supplier performance, and cost analysis to support decision-making.
Manage and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication to achieve departmental goals.
