Full Stack AI Engineer

Python Technologies is a forward-thinking company specializing in AI-driven applications and custom solutions for clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our engineering team at our Islamabad office located in DHA Phase 2. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly integrate advanced AI and machine learning models with scalable full-stack web applications, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of intelligent, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- AI & LLM Integration: Incorporate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face, as well as open-source models and vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, and ChromaDB into web applications.
- Backend Architecture: Develop high-performance, asynchronous microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and Node.js.
- Frontend Development: Create responsive and efficient user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks including React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- RAG & Agent Systems: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, custom AI agents, and function-calling workflows utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Deployment & MLOps: Manage deployment and optimization of AI models and web applications using Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and continuous integration pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance by optimizing latency, token usage, and database queries.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in software development with a focus on full-stack architecture and AI integration.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Solid frontend development skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Practical experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases, and AI frameworks including LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/vector databases.
- Basic DevOps knowledge, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professional command of English.
