Full Stack AI Engineer

We are seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience who approaches coding thoughtfully and strategically. This role goes beyond simply executing assigned tasks; it requires a professional who understands entire systems, questions assumptions, solves problems logically, and takes full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate enjoys diving deep into how things work and is motivated by building robust, maintainable solutions rather than just making things function temporarily.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications along with AI-powered features.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the entire workflow, including UI, frontend, API, backend, database, and external services.
- Design and implement APIs, integrations, authentication mechanisms, validation processes, and database workflows.
- Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) and AI APIs to create practical AI-driven functionalities.
- Debug and resolve issues across the technology stack efficiently.
- Ensure solutions consider security, performance, edge cases, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a mindset that questions “Why → What → How → When → What could go wrong?”
- Ability to understand systems fully before making changes and to clearly explain the reasoning behind technical decisions.
- Proactive in researching unfamiliar problems rather than relying on copied solutions.
- Comfortable challenging existing approaches when justified by sound reasoning.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to work independently.
- Passion for understanding the underlying mechanics of systems, not just making them work superficially.

Technical Exposure
- Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- Backend experience with Laravel, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and practical AI application development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

While specific technologies are important, the primary focus is on strong engineering fundamentals, system comprehension, problem-solving capabilities, and the willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
