Full Stack Developer – Enterprise Software & AI Applications

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and user-friendly enterprise software applications that serve various business functions across multiple industries. This position involves working through all stages of software development—from initial concept and deployment to ongoing improvements—while contributing to innovative AI-powered business automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based enterprise software tailored to specific business requirements.
- Build customized business management systems and workflow automation platforms.
- Develop modules for procurement, supply chain, inventory, sales, finance, and other core business functions.
- Create interactive dashboards, reporting tools, and management interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Implement responsive frontend applications using React.js.
- Build backend systems leveraging Python with FastAPI or Django frameworks.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases for efficient data management.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party applications seamlessly.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure reliability.
- Develop approval workflows, automated notifications, and business process automation features.
- Build document management and tracking functionalities within applications.
- Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Enhance application reliability, scalability, and overall performance.
- Integrate AI APIs into enterprise software applications to enable intelligent automation.
- Support AI-powered business automation solutions and explore Agentic AI applications for workflow optimization.
- Contribute to AI-assisted document processing, data extraction, and business analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying web applications.
- Strong proficiency in frontend, backend, and database development.
- Expertise with React.js, Python, FastAPI or Django, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and version control using Git/GitHub.
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access control, software architecture, application security, and deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage development tasks efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
