Full Stack Developer – Enterprise Software & AI Applications

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our Lahore team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly enterprise applications that support various business functions across multiple industries. This role involves end-to-end project involvement, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing improvements, contributing to innovative software that enhances business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based enterprise software tailored to diverse business needs. Build customized business management systems and workflow automation platforms. Develop modules covering procurement, supply chain, inventory, sales, finance, and other critical business functions. Create interactive dashboards, reporting tools, and management interfaces to improve user experience. Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js and backend systems with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django. Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party applications to extend system capabilities. Implement robust authentication, authorization, and role-based access control mechanisms. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to maintain high reliability. Develop business process automation features including approval workflows, automated notifications, and document management. Support integration with ERP and other enterprise systems to streamline operations. Integrate AI APIs and contribute to AI-powered business automation solutions, including intelligent workflow automation and AI-assisted document processing. Explore emerging technologies such as Agentic AI to enhance software functionality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two to three years of practical experience in full-stack software development with proven ability to develop and deploy web applications. Proficiency in React.js for frontend and Python (FastAPI or Django) for backend development. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and management. Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API development and integration. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub. Solid understanding of software architecture, application security, and deployment practices. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage development tasks effectively. Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience developing SaaS or enterprise business applications. Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo or ERPNext. Experience building document management and approval workflow systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience integrating AI APIs and working with large language models. Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI. Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n. Experience with third-party software integrations. ERP and Agentic AI experience are advantageous but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 125,000 based on experience and technical skills.
