We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our innovative technology team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, capable of working independently while delivering high-quality, scalable web applications. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust software solutions that provide seamless user experiences. As a client-facing position, excellent English communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and modern front-end technologies.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end interfaces with React, Hotwire, Turbo, or Stimulus.
- Develop secure, scalable back-end services and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
- Work extensively with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and manage data-driven applications.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development process, from planning through deployment.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong full-stack development skills with Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails frameworks.
- Solid experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Hotwire, Turbo, or Stimulus.
- Proven ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of relational databases, data management, and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL; familiarity with Redis is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote team environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, essential for client-facing interactions.

- Compensation for this role is $2,200 USD per project, per month, with an additional performance bonus of up to 10%.
