Full-Stack Developer — Web & AI Automation

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with at least three years of professional experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work on client projects involving web applications, API integrations, and AI-driven business workflow automation. This role requires a solid technical background, the ability to work independently, and strong collaboration skills within a team setting.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications primarily using JavaScript and React. Build backend services with Node.js, including creating RESTful APIs, managing webhooks, and integrating third-party services. Handle database management tasks with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Supabase, including authentication and data operations. Maintain and extend existing websites built on PHP and WordPress. Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI or Claude into business workflows, automating processes using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier. Ensure applications are responsive, debug issues efficiently, optimize performance, and maintain security standards. Utilize Git and GitHub for version control, deploy applications, and conduct thorough testing before releases. Communicate effectively, solve problems independently, and follow technical guidelines throughout the development process.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience in full-stack development is essential. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React for frontend development is required. Backend experience with Node.js, including RESTful API creation, webhook management, and third-party integrations, is necessary. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Supabase, including authentication processes, is expected. Working knowledge of PHP and WordPress for website maintenance and enhancement is important. Familiarity with AI APIs like OpenAI or Claude and workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier is required. A solid understanding of responsive design principles, debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices is essential. Proficiency with Git and GitHub for source control, deployment, and testing is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities are critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with the Laravel framework, Stripe payment gateway integrations, or CRM automation is highly desirable. Familiarity with development tools like Cursor or Claude Code, especially for reviewing and testing AI-generated code, is a plus. This position is in-person and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
