Impleko AI is looking for a Full Stack Developer based in Karachi, Pakistan, with a strong emphasis on backend development and solid frontend fundamentals. This full-time, onsite role requires 6 months to 1 year of professional experience and involves building, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js and Express to develop scalable APIs and backend services, along with experience in frontend frameworks like React.js or Next.js. The position focuses on backend-first full stack capabilities, particularly for automation and AI workflows, and offers performance-based incentives for timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
- Integrate with external APIs such as Twilio, Retell, Vapi, OpenAI, and Supabase.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries in MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Build responsive and maintainable frontend interfaces using React.js or Next.js when required.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API communication protocols.
- Work with AI and automation tools including LangChain, n8n, Retell AI, Vapi, and OpenAI APIs to create intelligent agents and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to scope features and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while following Git-based CI/CD workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Node.js and Express development.
- Strong understanding of API architecture, asynchronous programming, and microservices design.
- Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Familiarity with React.js or Next.js for building modern user interfaces.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth, error handling, and state management.
- Strong debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot production-level performance issues.
- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Hands-on experience with AI Voice Agents such as Retell AI, Vapi, or Twilio.
- Experience working on automation systems including n8n, LangChain, Supabase, and OpenAI.
- Familiarity with webhooks, queues, and background job processing.
- Knowledge of containerization and deployment pipelines using Docker, AWS Amplify, or AWS Lambda.
- Exposure to AI chatbots, agent frameworks, or speech-to-text integration technologies.
