We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative and fast-growing team. You will work on building scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with a focus on Next.js and Supabase as core technologies. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in backend logic and databases, backed by solid production experience. This role involves direct collaboration with international clients on cutting-edge products, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with QA and product teams to deliver robust and reliable features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet high standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack.
- Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Strong production experience with React.js, Node.js (preferably building REST APIs using frameworks like Express), and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Demonstrated ability to architect databases from scratch and implement backend logic effectively.
- Solid understanding of core computer science concepts including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Client-Server Architecture.
- A clear passion for backend development, with primary interest in server-side logic, APIs, and database management rather than just UI development.
- Availability for immediate hiring; this position is not suitable for candidates currently employed full-time elsewhere.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
