We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can efficiently handle both frontend and backend development tasks. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, and React Query, as well as backend technologies including Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, C#, Python Django, SQL, and AI/ML integration. This role involves building complete applications from the user interface to backend APIs and database management, ensuring smooth and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js. Implement state management with Redux and handle server data using React Query. Build clean, optimized UI components with Tailwind CSS. Translate UI/UX designs into reusable, high-quality components while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first responsiveness.
Backend Development
Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js. Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL. Build and maintain secure, efficient RESTful APIs. Utilize Python Django for backend modules as needed and handle backend logic with C#/.NET where applicable. Integrate AI/ML models or scripts into applications when required.
Full Stack Responsibilities
Build end-to-end features by integrating frontend UI with backend logic. Troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues between APIs and the frontend. Optimize application performance on both client and server sides. Debug, test, and deploy applications effectively. Collaborate closely with designers, mobile developers, and project managers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or Software Engineering (BSSE) is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer or in combined frontend and backend roles. Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, Redux, React Query, Tailwind CSS, and basic Flutter for hybrid/mobile interfaces is essential. Strong backend skills are needed in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL, Python Django, C#/.NET, API development, and integration. Basic knowledge of AI/ML for model integration, scripting, and data processing is expected. Candidates must possess strong debugging and problem-solving abilities, experience with version control systems such as Git/GitHub, and an understanding of authentication and authorization protocols like JWT and OAuth. Good communication and teamwork skills are also important.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with TypeScript is a plus. Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies is desirable. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be advantageous. Experience with ORM tools like Mongoose, Sequelize, or Entity Framework is preferred. Exposure to automated testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Django Test is beneficial.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs35,000 to Rs40,000. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work with diverse technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team to build robust, scalable applications.
