Full Stack Developer (Java)

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Java and its frameworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, working seamlessly across both frontend and backend technologies. Emphasis will be placed on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java-based technologies.
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring ecosystem.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs to ensure seamless functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data modeling, querying, and optimization.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth2 and JWT.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve reliability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality are maintained.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend-focused Java Developer.
- Strong expertise in Java (versions 8, 11, or 17) and object-oriented programming principles.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs and working within microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and basic knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks including JUnit and Mockito.
- Understanding of authentication protocols such as JWT and OAuth2.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
