Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces, while ensuring the applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. The successful applicant will maintain code quality and integrity through version control and documentation, actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and stay abreast of the latest industry trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications utilizing React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across both client-side and server-side environments.
- Optimize applications for enhanced performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Maintain code integrity, version control, and comprehensive documentation using Git.
- Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and product planning sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, and React.js.
- Experience with Express.js and working knowledge of databases such as MongoDB or other NoSQL/SQL databases.
- Familiarity with front-end state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Practical experience implementing authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth, along with secure coding practices.
- Proficient in using Git and collaborative development platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Ability to write modular, clean, and testable code.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Comfortable working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
