Zenkoders is looking for a skilled and adaptable Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to join our energetic team. This full-time, onsite role based in PECHS, Karachi, involves developing and maintaining scalable web applications that deliver high performance and responsiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend components, while also providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications to meet growing business needs efficiently.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure application stability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and Nest.js frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems such as MongoDB and MySQL.
- Familiarity with state management tools like Redux and Zustand, and UI libraries such as Material UI.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, especially Git, and Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or experience mentoring junior developers.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with AWS cloud services is an advantage.
