The Field Collaboration Group at Contour develops technology solutions aimed at improving communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency in homebuilding and construction workflows. This team creates scalable platforms and tools that enable seamless collaboration among internal teams, field personnel, and customers throughout the homebuilding lifecycle. We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer skilled in .NET and React to join the Field Collaboration Group. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise-grade solutions that support business operations and field collaboration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional agile teams. Familiarity with modern development frameworks, APIs, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using .NET technologies and React.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, bugs, and production issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best development practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-based solutions.
- Continuously research and recommend improvements in technologies, tools, and development practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework.
- Expertise in React.js and modern frontend development technologies.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework and ORM technologies.
- Proficient with Git/version control systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Strong grasp of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in enterprise or product-based environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
