Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in WordPress, Shopify, web development, and SEO optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites and e-commerce stores, implementing technical SEO strategies, and enhancing overall website performance. This role requires a hands-on developer who can work across both frontend and backend technologies to deliver responsive, secure, and optimized digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications that meet business needs.
- Build and customize WordPress websites, including themes and plugins, to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop and tailor Shopify stores, themes, and features to support e-commerce operations.
- Handle both frontend and backend development tasks efficiently.
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools to extend website capabilities.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and security to ensure high-quality user experience.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, URLs, internal linking, and schema markup where necessary.
- Conduct basic SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting site rankings.
- Manage website migrations, including redirects, indexing, sitemap updates, and robots.txt configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website and technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to align development efforts with business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with Shopify Liquid and store customization techniques.
- Understanding of SEO optimization practices and experience using Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of website speed and performance optimization strategies.
- Experience working with Git/GitHub version control systems and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- At least 1 year of experience specifically as a full-stack developer.
- Location preference for candidates based in Karachi Clifton.
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the office.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
