Full Stack Developer

Young10 Marketing is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their technology team based in Gulberg II, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The position offers a unique chance to work on international client projects as well as develop innovative in-house software products, including SaaS platforms and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of professional experience, strong skills in both front-end and back-end development, and excellent English communication abilities. This role suits a developer passionate about building scalable software solutions from the ground up and eager to explore emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and custom software solutions.
- Work on a variety of international client projects alongside internal product development initiatives.
- Build new SaaS platforms and AI-powered applications from concept through deployment.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces as well as robust back-end architectures.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, developers, and international clients.
- Translate business requirements and product ideas into functional software solutions.
- Develop MVPs, prototypes, and production-ready applications.
- Implement core application features such as authentication, user management, and payment integrations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and product development planning.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and modern development workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with deployment, debugging, and application maintenance.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism toward international clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work on-site during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The company offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs130,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
