Full Stack Developer

Young10 Marketing is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team based in Gulberg II, Lahore. This on-site role operates during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of professional experience and possess strong front-end and back-end development skills. You will be involved in working on diverse international client projects as well as designing, developing, and launching innovative in-house software products, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered applications. A passion for building scalable software solutions from scratch and exploring emerging technologies is essential, along with excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with global clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and custom software solutions.
- Work on international client projects alongside internal software product development.
- Build new SaaS platforms and AI-powered applications from concept to deployment.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end architectures.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and international clients.
- Translate business requirements and product ideas into functional software solutions.
- Develop MVPs, prototypes, and production-ready applications.
- Implement authentication, user management, payment integrations, and other core features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and product development planning.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and modern development workflows.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with deployment, debugging, and application maintenance.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English with international clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work on-site during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience building SaaS products or multi-tenant web applications.
- Familiarity with AI APIs, large language model (LLM) integrations, and AI-powered development tools such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Knowledge of backend platforms like Supabase or Firebase.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of real-time applications, WebSockets, and background processing.
- Proven track record of developing products from MVP to production.
