Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React)

muSharp is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel and React to contribute to the development of the deals module within an enterprise wealth-management and investment platform. This role involves working on CRM features, deal pipelines, and AI assistant capabilities. The developer will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, including building backend services with Laravel APIs, creating React-based user interfaces, managing integrations, implementing access controls, and ensuring automated testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful APIs using Laravel 12, including controllers, Form Request validation, Eloquent models, migrations, and queues.
- Implement access control mechanisms such as roles and permissions using Spatie, and handle JWT token verification issued by a central identity service (RS256, JWKS).
- Create React 18 and TypeScript-based user interfaces utilizing Vite, React Query, React Router, and Tailwind CSS.
- Integrate Microsoft sign-in functionality through MSAL.
- Connect with external services via REST APIs, including user and role synchronization, signed service tokens, and AI service integrations.
- Write and maintain automated tests using PHPUnit, Pest, Vitest, and Cypress to ensure code quality.
- Participate actively in code reviews and manage pull requests to maintain high standards of code integrity.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience with Laravel (versions 10–12) and PHP 8.2+, including proficiency in Eloquent ORM, migrations, queues, and authentication methods such as Sanctum or JWT.
- Strong experience with MySQL 8, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Proficient in React 18 and TypeScript 5, with solid knowledge of hooks, React Query (TanStack), and React Router.
- Expertise in designing REST APIs and familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Well-versed in Git workflows and pull-request processes.
- Demonstrated testing experience on both backend and frontend using tools such as PHPUnit, Pest, Vitest, or Jest.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID, and MSAL for authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and caching solutions such as Redis.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services, including App Service, Key Vault, and Front Door.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
- Experience with frontend styling frameworks and component libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Radix/shadcn UI, and Tiptap editor.
- Some background in Java and Spring Boot is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in OPF Society, Lahore, operating under a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will report directly to the Lead Architect and play a crucial role in shaping the future of muSharp’s investment platform.
