Full Stack Developer - Level IV (JAVA/REACT/JAVASCRIPT) Costa Rica ONLY

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, and modern cloud technologies to support supply chain services and warehouse management systems. In this role, you will be involved in designing, architecting, and implementing software solutions that address complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency across supply chain operations. You will help build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that underpin critical business processes, enabling the development and deployment of advanced supply chain platforms managing logistics, warehouse operations, and distributed cloud environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable and scalable software solutions with robust system architecture will be a key aspect of your work.

Key Responsibilities

- Engineering Excellence: Develop reusable components ensuring high performance and responsiveness across platforms. Write automated tests and debug applications to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives to help the team meet its objectives.
- Monitoring and Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like New Relic and Splunk to guarantee system availability and performance.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Manage and deploy applications using Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability of containerized workloads. Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS to build and optimize cloud-native applications.
- Event Streaming and Messaging: Utilize Kafka to enable real-time data streaming and support event-driven architectures.
- Cloud Networking and Security: Apply secure networking solutions and enforce cloud security best practices to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Platform Upgrades & Migrations: Lead application upgrades, platform migrations, and infrastructure updates with minimal downtime and business impact.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, REST and SOAP APIs, and SQL.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude Code is a plus.
