Full Stack Developer (MERN & AI)

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in building modern web applications and integrating AI-powered features. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers, taking full ownership of features from initial development through testing and release. Your contributions will be essential in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Build responsive and polished user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases, including schemas and queries.
- Integrate AI-powered features using APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Develop AI chatbots, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation tools.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms, API integrations, and application logic.
- Debug issues, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with the team on technical decisions, conduct testing, and participate in code reviews.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience integrating large language model (LLM) APIs into applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and structured AI outputs.
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication protocols, Git version control, and debugging tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
- Relevant degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or the Vercel AI SDK.
- Knowledge of Python or FastAPI for backend development.
- Understanding of AWS cloud services, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, deployment strategies, and performance optimization.
- Experience using AI development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
