Paklogics is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack (MERN) Developer to join their vibrant team in Faisalabad. This full-time role involves active engagement throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from crafting user-friendly interfaces to building and maintaining reliable server-side components. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to create scalable, high-quality web applications that align with business objectives. The position requires working onsite during the hours of 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Time.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices. Work collaboratively with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal application performance and security. Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript. Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack. A solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) is essential. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs is expected. Proficiency in database design and management, covering both SQL and NoSQL databases, is necessary. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English, are required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud and version control systems such as Git is preferred. The role demands strong written and verbal English skills to support effective team collaboration and technical documentation. Candidates must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
