We are looking for a talented full-stack developer to join our team and help create innovative web applications. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with both backend and frontend technologies, a commitment to writing clean and maintainable code, and enthusiasm for using AI-assisted development tools to speed up project delivery. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, designers, and automation teams to quickly prototype and deliver stable minimum viable products (MVPs). The developer will work in a fast-paced environment, integrating various APIs, AI models, and microservices to build scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js or Python on the backend and React or Next.js on the frontend. Build rapid prototypes and evolve them into stable MVPs. Integrate third-party APIs, AI models, and internal microservices to enhance application capabilities. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Collaborate closely with product, design, and automation teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery. Leverage AI-based development tools extensively for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation. Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
Required Qualifications
2 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in backend development using either Node.js or Python. Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js. Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and MongoDB. Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design and implementation. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, including but not limited to Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, or Replit.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Experience
Experience with Redis, Kafka, and event-driven architectures is a plus. Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, and AI model integration will be advantageous. Experience deploying applications on platforms such as Vercel, Render, or Cloudflare is desirable.
