Full Stack Developer (.Net/React)

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience, specializing in API development and system integrations, to join our client’s team on a full-time, permanent remote basis. This role focuses heavily on connecting CRM platforms with external vendor systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data exchange and reliable functionality. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and troubleshooting APIs, integrating diverse systems, and contributing to both frontend and backend development efforts. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Zoho is valuable, with a preference for candidates familiar with Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Integrate CRM platforms with external vendor systems, third-party applications, and other business platforms.
- Build and maintain bi-directional integrations to enable smooth data and functionality flow between applications.
- Implement API authentication, authorization, data mapping, transformation, synchronization, and error handling.
- Work with webhooks, asynchronous processing, and integration workflows as needed.
- Troubleshoot API failures, data inconsistencies, connectivity issues, and integration performance problems.
- Develop and maintain backend services and business logic using .NET/C# or other relevant backend technologies.
- Contribute to frontend and web application development using frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular.
- Manage SQL databases, cloud services, and existing enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of integrations and applications.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Practical experience connecting various applications, enterprise systems, or external vendor platforms through APIs.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP integrations or similar enterprise application integrations.
- Solid understanding of bi-directional data exchange, data mapping, synchronization, authentication, and integration error handling.
- Backend development expertise, preferably with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Web API.
- Full-stack development experience, including frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience working with SQL databases and web applications.
- Ability to independently investigate, develop, test, and troubleshoot API integrations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred, it is not mandatory.
