Full Stack Developer

MeshSQ is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 8 to 10 years of software engineering expertise to join our dynamic team. This full-time, in-person role involves leading the development of high-performance web applications and scalable enterprise systems. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to deliver secure, modern digital products for our global clients. The position requires hands-on involvement in all stages of software development, from design to deployment, with a focus on quality, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software systems.
- Develop responsive frontends using modern frameworks and create secure, efficient backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL database schemas, including integration with third-party APIs.
- Conduct peer code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers to promote best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and infrastructure decisions.
- Implement secure coding protocols, identify and resolve vulnerabilities, and optimize application performance including caching, background processing, and database queries.
- Participate in product planning by translating business requirements into technical specifications and documenting system architecture, APIs, and workflows.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on web applications and enterprise solutions.
- Expertise in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong backend development skills in one or more of the following: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python, or .NET.
- Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management with systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Practical experience with Linux environments, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of application security principles, caching strategies, queue/background job processing, and debugging complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with microservices architecture, Redis, and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Background in SaaS, Healthcare, Fintech, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or PMS development adds significant value.
- Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience within Agile/Scrum teams is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

This role is based at our office located on Murree Road, Rawalpindi, and requires availability for night shifts. Candidates should be able to commute to the office.
