Full Stack Development Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Faisalabad, specializes in delivering practical, industry-focused IT training. We conduct onsite, full-time classes designed to equip young individuals with the skills needed for technology jobs and freelancing. Currently, we are seeking a Full Stack Development Instructor to lead trainees through the process of building and deploying complete web applications. This role involves guiding beginners from their first HTML page to a fully functional and deployed full stack project, fostering their growth and confidence in coding.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and live-coding labs following the approved curriculum.
- Explain programming concepts clearly and patiently, catering to trainees who are new to coding.
- Prepare lesson plans, slides, coding exercises, assignments, and quizzes to support learning objectives.
- Review trainee code and provide guidance through mini-projects and the final capstone project.
- Track attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help to keep up.
- Advise trainees on building portfolios, managing GitHub profiles, and navigating freelancing and job application processes.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and either MongoDB or SQL databases.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and version control using Git.
- Demonstrated ability to live-code, debug, and explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- At least two live projects completed or a publicly accessible GitHub portfolio showcasing your work.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them succeed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js frameworks is highly desirable.
- A proven freelancing track record on platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr is an advantage.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles will be considered a plus.
