Full Stack Engineer (AWS)

NETSOL Technologies is a leading provider of advanced software and services specializing in asset financing and leasing. We are currently seeking a React.js/Node.js Application Developer with at least one year of professional experience to join our Cloud Services development team. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development skills, proficiency in React.js and Node.js, and preferably experience working with AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for back-end development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Optimize applications to ensure maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to enhance performance.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in web development to continuously improve skills and solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience as a React.js/Node.js developer.
- Proficient understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux, Flux, or Context API.
- Solid knowledge of Node.js and its ecosystem.
- Familiarity with server-side templating languages like EJS or Handlebars.
- Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel, and package managers like npm or Yarn.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, efficient code.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, and Lambda is highly desirable.
