Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full Stack AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain modern full-stack applications enhanced with AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI/LLM integrations. This role involves working across the entire application lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop secure and robust back-end services and APIs with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Design and optimize databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Integrate OpenAI and other LLM/AI APIs into production environments.
- Develop AI-powered features including chatbots, virtual assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, workflow automation, document processing, AI search and recommendation engines, and text generation/classification/summarization tools.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector), prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and LLM workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and external services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems, including role-based access control.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code with appropriate unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Vercel.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, monitoring, logging, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Business Development teams, and clients.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution architecture, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, technically feasible solutions.
- Research emerging AI and software development technologies and recommend practical applications.
- Ensure AI implementations are reliable, secure, cost-effective, and production-ready.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade web applications.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into software applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, security, and application performance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
- A strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects is advantageous.

Experience with AI agents, RAG systems, LLM APIs, automation, SaaS products, and AI-powered business applications is highly valued.

Compensation: Competitive monthly salary ranging approximately from Rs33,657 to Rs197,096.

Work Location: This position requires in-person attendance.
