Full Stack Engineer (React + Java)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with over 7 years of expertise in React.js, Java, and Spring Boot to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design and be capable of building scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves taking full ownership of features from development through deployment and production support, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance architecture and maintain code quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
- Design scalable systems with an emphasis on performance and distributed architecture.
- Own features end-to-end, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and code quality.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, including frontend architecture, reusable components, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and backend service implementation.
- Deep understanding of system design principles, scalability, distributed systems, concurrency, caching, and system reliability.
- Experience with database integration, software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
- Familiarity with real-time application development using WebSockets and WebRTC.
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of end-to-end feature ownership.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana is a plus.
- Exposure to modern DevOps practices and cloud-native environments will be advantageous.
