Full-Stack Flutter Developer

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development using PHP (Laravel) as well as frontend development with Flutter and React. This role involves working on cross-platform mobile applications, scalable backend services, and responsive web interfaces. The position requires working evening shifts from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build scalable backend APIs and services with PHP and Laravel.
- Create responsive web applications and user interfaces using React.
- Integrate APIs, databases, authentication mechanisms, and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Debug issues, maintain existing codebases, and implement new features.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver reliable and high-quality products.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming language.
- Solid command of PHP and the Laravel framework for backend development.
- Practical experience in developing frontend applications using React.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, MySQL, and database design principles.
- Good understanding of authentication processes, API integration, and application security best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 120,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site, ensuring close collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
