Full-Stack MERN / Next.js Developer

Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Stack MERN / Next.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Next.js, and Node.js. Your daily tasks will include implementing responsive user interfaces, building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, integrating third-party services, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams, conduct code reviews, write tests, and participate in technical planning and estimation. This is a full-time remote position that requires proactive communication, ownership of features from concept through deployment, and continuous optimization of existing systems.

Required Qualifications
- Strong front-end development skills with React and Next.js, including experience in responsive UI implementation and component-based architecture.
- Solid back-end development experience using Node.js and Express.js, with a track record of building and integrating APIs.
- Proficiency in software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and secure coding.
- Advanced JavaScript knowledge (ES6+), with a good understanding of asynchronous programming, modular design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.js or similar tools for handling complex application state.
- Familiarity with databases like MongoDB or other NoSQL/SQL systems, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and collaborate using online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Prior full-stack development experience is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The role offers a fixed monthly salary of PKR 80,000 during the initial period. Based on demonstrated technical skills, performance, reliability, and contributions to the team, salary appraisals will be considered. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, with an 8-hour workday.
