Full-Stack Product Engineer (React / Next.js + React Native)

AHK Solution, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer with strong expertise in frontend development and React Native mobile applications. The company builds and operates technology products used across various markets, including its affiliated Dubai real estate business, RHK Properties. Unlike maintaining websites or configuring off-the-shelf software, the engineering team develops complex internal platforms such as a large-scale CRM, web and mobile applications, telephony infrastructure, workflow automation, integrations, analytics, and operational tools. This role involves owning features end-to-end—from requirements and architecture to testing, UI/UX quality, and production release—within an established product environment featuring over 100 web modules and multiple React Native apps.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex production features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain React Native/Expo applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Translate approved UI/UX designs into polished, accurate, and responsive interfaces.
- Enhance frontend architecture by improving consistency and reusable component design.
- Ensure cross-device and screen size compatibility for web and mobile applications.
- Build and integrate backend APIs and services using NestJS.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, and background job processing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve frontend, mobile, backend, and integration issues.
- Optimize performance across web and mobile platforms.
- Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards.
- Write meaningful automated tests and identify edge cases proactively.
- Refactor technical debt to improve product quality and development speed.
- Participate in architectural and product decision-making.
- Take full ownership of features through testing and production deployment.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with senior-level capabilities prioritized over exact years.
- Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js (including App Router, Server and Client Components), and TypeScript.
- Proven production experience shipping React Native applications on iOS and Android, including App Store and Google Play releases.
- Experience with push notifications, native integrations, mobile debugging, and responsive mobile UI.
- Solid backend knowledge of Node.js, NestJS or similar frameworks, PostgreSQL, Prisma or other ORMs, Redis, background jobs, REST APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component design, state management, performance optimization, and responsive UI development.
- Experience working on complex business applications and reviewing other developers’ code.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with testing and software quality practices.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with WebRTC, SIP.js, FreeSWITCH, VoIP systems, CallKeep, and VoIP Push Notifications.
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, NativeWind, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query.
- Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure.
- Experience with CRM platforms, SaaS products, large business applications, and real estate technology.
