Full-Stack Python AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications covering both backend services and frontend interfaces. Build robust Python APIs and integrate machine learning models into production systems while ensuring secure and scalable architecture. Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Write clean, well-tested, and documented code. Optimize application performance, monitor production systems, and troubleshoot issues across the technology stack. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakistan.

Required Qualifications
Strong backend development expertise using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for building APIs and microservices. Experience with AI and machine learning model development, integration, and deployment, including familiarity with popular ML libraries and inference optimization techniques. Proficiency in frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, along with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Understanding of databases and data storage solutions, including relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, with skills in query optimization. Familiarity with DevOps practices including containerization using Docker, version control with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of software architecture principles, secure coding practices, and performance tuning for high-availability applications. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
