Full Stack Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining new and existing web applications, pages, and sites. This role involves developing robust client-side and server-side solutions using modern web frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web-based applications with a strong focus on quality and scalability.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of RESTful API services and their implementation.
- Participate in agile development processes utilizing the latest web technologies and platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code with excellent unit test coverage.
- Deliver automated deployment solutions using tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket pipelines.
- Provide accurate time and effort estimates for tasks and mentor team members on estimation techniques.
- Collaborate with project leadership to define milestones and assign tasks effectively within the team.
- Train and support junior developers in both technical skills and organizational best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience developing complex applications with backend services.
- Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter framework.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6, ES7) and experience with MEAN or MERN stacks.
- Familiarity with state management and testing tools such as Redux, Redux Saga, Flow, and Jest.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose for database management.
- Solid understanding of ORM and relational databases like MySQL.
- Experience with JavaScript build tools including Webpack and Babel.js.
- Skilled in JavaScript linting tools such as ESLint.
- Good grasp of HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap and Material UI.
- Deep understanding of design patterns and best coding practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in source version control systems, particularly Git and Bitbucket.
- Commitment to coding standards, security, reusability, and maintainability.
- Experience conducting thorough code reviews.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Raiwind, specifically in Etihad Town near Raiwind Road. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Senior Web Developer. The monthly salary range is Rs100,000 to Rs200,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
